• Older than 9 years old is considered an adult and the price is $70 usd, $1400 pesos, or $70 euros per perso
• 3-9 years old is considered a child and the price is $65 usd, $1300 pesos or $65 euros per person
• Under the age of 3 is considered an infant and are free of charge, however they will not have an assigned seat, they must be seated on your lap

We have departures from Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen o Tulum

We will always try to pick you up from the comfort of your hotel lobby, as long as the hotel is within our pre-established routes and of course the hotel will let us enter

So in 90% of cases it is almost certain that we can pick you up

If you are in an AIRBNB or family house, it is necessary to establish a meeting place since unfortunately we do not have that service, since we cannot modify the pre-established routes and we already have commitments with other clients to pick them up

• The meeting place is in the lobby of your hotel (hotels located in Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya or Tulum)
• The schedule in which the transportation will pick you up depends on the location of your hotel
• If we know the address of your hotel we can pick you up, otherwise we will designate a nearby and central place
• If you have doubts about the location of your hotel, send us an email

When purchasing this excursion we try to include everything that you need to spend an incredible day. We want to be very detailed about everything that is included as well as things that are not included, as a way to show you that you are buying from a professional company. We have put together a list of things that yoy may need during this excursion, so things we feel are more necessary than others, but take a look at the list and bring what you feel you may need to enjoy the day with us

• Caps or sunhat for the sun
• Comfortable cool clothing, there is a lot of walking and with temps normally above 75 degrees you don't want to get over heated
• Comfortable shoes (tennis shoes or comfortable sandals)
• A backpack or bag with water (inside the archeological zones there is rarely place to buy water, or it can be expensive)

• Sunglasses

• Bathing suit (you can swim at Tulum and cenote, if you are comfortable you can wear under your clothing)
• Bring cash and a credit card for souvenirs

We have all forms of payment available, but if you are not comfortable paying ahead of time you can pay in cash the day of the excursion. Once you board the bus the guides will request payment

We only ask that if you decide not to take the tour the day you were scheduled that you let us know, so that we can add other people that may be waiting

• Bank deposits (At least 2 days in advance)

• If you are at all apprehensive we also have the option to pay the total cost of the excursion at the moment of pickup Restrictions apply

Once the deposit is made, your reservation will be complete, we will send you all of the necessary information. Your pickup location, phone numbers, photos of the guides, etc. and we will be here in case you need any assistance

• We offer hotel pickup service (certain restrictions apply)

  In Playa del Carmen: There's a high chance (about 80%) that we can pick you up directly at your hotel, especially if you're staying in the downtown area. If hotel pickup isn't possible, we'll give you a nearby meeting point that's within walking distance

  In Tulum: Pickup is only available from designated meeting points throughout the town, not from hotels. Please send us a message via WhatsApp, and we'll help you find the most convenient meeting spot for you

• Midway Stop

  We'll make an essential logistical stop. The goal is to reorganize passengers into the designated vehicles for each tour (Tulum, Akumal, ATV tours, and others), since the initial transportation may include people heading to different destinations

  At this stop, you'll also find the cashiers where you can pay for your tour, in case you haven’t done so already

  Cash payment is preferred and can be made in pesos, dollars, or euros

• Yum-Ha Cenote

  Escape the Tulum heat and dive into the underground magic of the Yum-Ha cenote

  Before entering this beautiful body of water, you'll be asked to take a quick shower to help maintain its clarity and protect its natural environment from any personal product residues

  Your belongings will be safe in the lockers, and a guide with a flashlight will lead you through this fascinating world, sharing insights about the vital role cenotes play in the ecosystem.

• Mexican Snack

  As a reward after exploring Tulum and swimming in the cenote, you'll enjoy a tasty Mexican snack. This light yet satisfying meal includes rice, beans, a chicken taco, and a traditional lime water. If you're in the mood for something extra, beer and soft drinks will also be available for purchase.

• Visit to Coba

  Dive into Mayan history as you explore its expansive jungle ruins, including the impressive Nohoch Mul pyramid one of the tallest in the peninsula. Plus, the chance to ride along its ancient pathways by bike or tricycle adds a unique and adventurous touch to the experience.

• Return Transportation to Your Hotel

  For your convenience, we will provide direct transportation back to your hotel, ensuring you arrive at the same place where we picked you up.

Unfortunately there are certain details that you must take into consideration before taking this tour

Again, we are a company that wants to be honest and upfront with everything

• A tax of $25 USD / $500 MXN per person must be paid to enter the new protected natural area, Jaguar Park
• To apply the payment the day of the excursion is only groups of less than 4 people. If you make two reservations we cannot guarantee that they will go on the same transportation
• Because of the difficult terrain at the ruins, it is not recommended for people in wheelchairs
• This tour will last the entire day 10-11 hours, please take this into consideration if you have other plans
• Before you enter the cenote you must shower to avoid contaminating the water
• You are not allowed to use sunblock in the cenote to conserve the ecosystem and quality of the water
• Need to have the ability to walk through different types of terrain, inclinations, and gravel.
• There is about a 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the entrance of the ruins in Tulum
• Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
• Tripods and special video equipment is prohibited in the ruins
• In Tulum it is strictly prohibited to climb the ruins.
• The bicycles in Coba are not included, they are rented for an extra cost (cash)
• Drinks are not included in the meal must be purchased separately

As long as it's not a private tour there are no cancellation charges, just let us know as soon as possible that you will not be going, so that we may fill your spaces with another client

If it is a private excursion the following criteria applies

• There are no charges for cancellations with a minimum of 12 hours notice
• If there are very heavy rains / bad weather you have the option to cancel without any type of penalty
• If someone in your group is sick cancellations apply to the single individual and not the rest of the group
