Cenote

You can pay the day of the excursion

NO RISK for you, we rely on your honesty restrictions apply Click here for more information

Cenote La Gloria

Cenote is a term that is only used in Mexico and comes from the Mayan word "dzonot" which means "abyss". They are wells of fresh water created by the erosion of limestone, soft and porous. But for the Mayan world they were sources of life that provided the vital liquid, they were also known as the entrance to the underworld where the gods of XIBALBA lived

Just swimming in a cenote is a wonderful sensation, after the heat of Tulum. The cenote we visit is one of the most beautiful in the region located near Tulum and very easy to access. It has all of the facilities such as bathrooms, changing rooms, etc.

The cenotes are a natural wonder of Mexico, their crystalline and transparent waters, you can not miss this opportunity, you will not regret it!

You can not use sunscreen to avoid contaminating the water and it is necessary to take a shower (obligatory) before entering to swim in the cenote

This tour visits only one cenote

Regional food

After the tour in the archaeological zone and in the cenote you will be very hungry, it will be very comforting to try food since one gets tired on the tour

With the appetite you'll have after swimming in the cenote and walking in the Tulum sun, that food will be like an oasis in the desert. Every bite will be an explosion of flavor!

Please note: A pitcher of lemonade is provided. Additional beverages, such as soft drinks or beer, are not included

Coba

Climbing Coba

The complex is quite large with several temples inside. It is less preserved than Chichen Itza, but it is immersed in the jungle which gives it a beautiful Indiana Jones-like appeal

Coba offers a unique archaeological experience, nestled deep within the jungle. Its secluded setting lends an atmosphere of mystery and adventure, fostering a deeper connection to nature and the Mayan people. Coba is linked to other ancient Mayan cities by a vast network of white roads known as sacbes. Explore these paths and immerse yourself in the ancient Mayan world, marveling at the architectural brilliance of its creators

To visit the ruins there are 3 options: walking, renting bicycles, or the bike taxi, which is for 2 people

Piramide de Coba

The location is a great archaeological wonder, which you can walk around and enjoy, but if walking around is difficult for you, you might want to consider renting a bike, or the bike taxi for two in order to reach the main pyramid. It is recommended that you wear a sunhat and sunglasses. Make sure to have your camera and a strong desire to see the unimaginable

Coba stands as one of the most iconic Mayan cities. The awe-inspiring temple will leave you marveling at the ingenuity of the ancient Maya, who constructed such a magnificent structure without the benefit of modern technology

Unfortunately, due to conservation efforts, climbing the pyramid at Coba is no longer permitted

Andar con bicicletas por Coba

The route takes you through the jungle and there is much more to see than just the pyramid. You will visit platforms, niches, stelae, and panels with hieroglyphics. The trails have signs posted and explanations of each site. The place is incredible, very well preserved and hardly at all intervened by man. "We were all pleasantly surprised, the boys enjoyed it and they weren't bored". This adventure will exceed your expectations!
