Yes, in Tulum and Akumal we will have free time that you can use to swim, we will also be swimming with the turtles
11.- Can I bring food for my baby?
YES, we are aware that babies eat on different schedules. Baby food can be brought into the restaurant. However, in the archaeological zones the decision depends on the custodians of the zone
12.- Can we bring food into the archeological zone?
Unfortunately NO, there are almost no garbage cans and a lot of garbage would be generated within the archaeological zone, food is not allowed in Tulum

Times are approximate and depend on many factors, however, we can give you an average itinerary based on our previous experiences

1.- How can I reserve?
Send an email, call or WhatsApp to the numbers that are on the screen, indicating the day and the number of adults and children. We will check if there is availability and you only have to pay a deposit to guarantee your reservation, the rest of the money can be paid in cash at the time of pickup, or you can pay the full amount before the excursion

- You need to be at least 7 years old to go snorkeling. Also, you'll need some snorkeling experience or know how to swim to make sure you have a good time
- To apply the payment the day of the excursion is only groups of less than 4 people. If you make two reservations we cannot guarantee that they will go on the same transportation
- For the complicated terrain in the ruins it is not advisable for people in wheelchairs
- Need to have the ability to walk in rough terrain including hills and gravel
- There is a a 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the entrance of Tulum
- Under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Tripods, and special video equipment are prohibited in the ruins
- It is strictly prohibited to climb the ruins in Tulum
- If you are going to swim out far from shore you should know how to swim otherwise you should stay where you can stand
Cancellations
Sometimes we have everything planned for our vacations, however, luck and causes beyond our control change plans in an untimely way. All we ask is that you notify us as soon as possible to avoid losing money and causing some discomfort to third parties. We always put ourselves in your shoes and try to be the fairest in our cancellation policies
